I, _________________, hereby grant Dream Big 4Children (DBC), its representatives, and employees the right to use and display my art and/or fashion designs for the purposes outlined below. By signing this release waiver, I am agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 1. Use of Artwork and Fashion Designs: I grant DBC the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display my artwork and/or fashion designs for the purpose of promoting and selling said works as outlined below. 2. Promotion on Social Media: I authorize DBC to use my artwork and/or fashion designs on their social media platforms for the purpose of promoting, advertising, and drawing attention to the artwork and/or fashion designs, as well as to promote any related events or sales. 3. Display in Galleries: I grant DBC the right to display my artwork and/or fashion designs in galleries as they see fit, for the purpose of showcasing and promoting the works to potential buyers and art enthusiasts. 4. Sale of Artwork and Fashion Designs: I authorize DBC, with my permission or that of my legal guardian if I am a minor, to sell my artwork and/or fashion designs on the DBC website and in promotional materials, including conducting silent or private auctions, with the understanding that I will receive the agreed-upon compensation for any sales made. 5. Promotion of Designers: I authorize DBC to use my name and likeness, including photographs, for the purpose of promoting me as an artist or fashion designer on their website, social media, and in any related advertising materials. 6. Duration of Agreement: This release waiver shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless otherwise terminated in writing by either party. By signing this release waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand its contents, and I agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
